• Fixed Assets/Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and Capital Expenditure Requests (CER)

• Budget and Planning
• Month End Closings and Forecast
• Administrative/General
• Project Controlling/Cost Engineer

Professional Experience:

• Strong business finance driver
• Minimum 5 years experience in General Accounting, inventory analysis, and control and cost accounting in a manufacturing industry
• Experience working in a global organization preferably Germany, Mexico, and US
• Knowledge and experience working with Maquiladora companies in Mexico and Maquiladora financial/accounting experience and regulation knowledge
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal capability
• Cash flow and planning
• Experience with Payroll taxes

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to build and develop an effective team
• High level of self-awareness/emotional intelligence
• Set deliverables and priorities for subordinates as needed to accomplish goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Business
• CPA experience preferred
